Refund and cancellation policy
Cancel any time
Cancel a monthly plan from your PayPal account or by emailing team@bizlegal-ai.com. Cancellation stops the next charge; access runs to the end of the paid month.
Refunds
- If something is wrong with your order, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will put it right or refund that month.
- We refund any charge you did not authorise.
- Packs and tool deliverables are delivered digitally right after payment, so earlier months you already used are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
How to request
Email team@bizlegal-ai.com with the order reference from your delivery email. We reply within five business days.
