What we provide
Information packs (templates, checklists, organized public information) and software tools that produce a deliverable from input you send. Plans bill monthly through PayPal until cancelled.

Where this product generates content automatically, that output is machine-generated and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Use the products for your own lawful purposes and your own data. Do not resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them; do not send data you have no right to share; do not use them to target or attack systems you do not own.
Your content and generated output
You keep ownership of the input you send. You own the deliverables we generate for you from your input, subject to these terms. We keep ownership of the products, templates, and underlying software. You grant us a limited licence to process your input only to produce your deliverable.
No warranty
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any settlement, refund, appeal, job, visa, security, or financial outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can cancel at any time (see the Refund and cancellation policy). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections on ownership, no warranty, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
