AI disclosure

Sessions are generated by AI from your answers and checked by our software before you see them; they can be imperfect. Use your own judgment.
What the AI writes
Each day's practice (the awareness prompt, reframe, affirmation, mirror steps, visualization, embodiment exercise, micro-action, reflection question and closing line) is written by an AI language model for you. A new day is written only after you finish the one before it, using your profile and what you shared in earlier sessions.
Which providers
We use models from Anthropic. If Anthropic is unavailable, we may use OpenAI as a fallback. If neither is available, the app uses a pre-written template session so your practice is not interrupted.
What they receive
Only what a session needs: your onboarding answers and a short summary of previous sessions, reflections and actions. Not your email address, payment details or voice recordings. Under their business API terms, these providers do not train their models on it.
What our software checks
Before you see a session, our software checks its structure and screens it for things we do not allow, such as medical or treatment claims, promises of guaranteed results, or content that is not appropriate for a calm personal practice. Your own answers are also screened for signs that you may be in danger, in which case the practice pauses and support information is shown.
Its limits
AI can misunderstand, repeat itself, or suggest something that does not fit your situation. You are not talking to a person, and nothing it writes is professional advice. Skip or change anything that does not feel right. See the wellness disclaimer.
No real people or authors
Session wording is original. It does not quote or imitate any author, teacher, book, course or recording, and it does not imply anyone's endorsement.
