NeuroApp asks personal questions, so we keep what we collect small, use it only to run your practice, and never sell it.
Who we are
NeuroApp is operated by BizLegal AI (100 Business Park Ln, Milton, Delaware 19968, United States). We are responsible for the personal information described here. Questions go to team@bizlegal-ai.com.
What we collect
- Your onboarding answers: your intention, the pattern and thought you describe, the feelings you name and how you prefer to practise.
- Your sessions: the daily practice written for you, which steps you completed, whether you marked the day's action, and the affirmations you keep as favorites.
- Your journal: the answer you write to each day's reflection question.
- Voice recordings, only if you use Plus and choose to record your own affirmations.
- Account details: an anonymous account identifier, and your email address if you choose to save your journey with one.
- Simple usage events, such as starting or completing a session, so we can tell whether the app is working. These are tied to your account, not sold or shared with advertisers.
The camera mirror in Plus runs entirely on your device. The video is never recorded, stored or sent to us.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers in the United States. Access is limited to what is needed to run and support the app.
How AI is involved
Each daily session is written by an AI model. To do that, we send the model only what that session needs: your profile answers and, from day two on, a short summary of previous sessions, reflections and actions. We use Anthropic as our main provider and OpenAI as a fallback if Anthropic is unavailable. We do not send your email address or payment details to them. See the AI disclosure for more.
Payments
Plus subscriptions are paid through PayPal. PayPal handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card or bank details; we only receive confirmation that a subscription is active, renewed or cancelled.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers or share your data with ad networks.
- We do not use your answers or journal to train AI models.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists so your journey and journal stay available to you. Anonymous accounts that have been inactive for a long period may be removed. Limited records may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example payment records.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of everything at any time by emailing team@bizlegal-ai.com, or from the Profile screen.
- We act on deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights under local law. We honour them on request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by account. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid writing information you would not want stored, such as passwords or financial details, in your answers.
Children
NeuroApp is meant for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
