These terms are the agreement between you and BizLegal AI for using NeuroApp. We have tried to keep them short and plain.

What NeuroApp is

NeuroApp is a wellness and personal-development application that provides guided reflection, affirmations, visualization and intentional-action exercises. It is not therapy, counselling, coaching by a professional, or medical care. Please read the wellness disclaimer.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. By using NeuroApp you confirm that you are.

Your account

You can start without an email. Your journey is tied to this browser until you save it with an email address. If you sign out or clear your browser before saving it, we may not be able to restore it.

Your content

Your answers, reflections and recordings belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you, including generating your sessions as described in the AI disclosure.

Acceptable use

  • Use NeuroApp for your own personal practice.
  • Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access other people's data.
  • Do not use it to create content that is unlawful or harmful.

Plus subscription

  • Plus costs USD 9.99 per month or USD 59.99 per year, shown before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
  • New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time in your PayPal account under Settings, Payments, Automatic payments. Cancelling stops future renewals; Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Payments are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, write to team@bizlegal-ai.com and we will look at it fairly.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies only from your next renewal.
  • Features marked as coming soon are not part of any paid plan until they are released.

No guarantees about outcomes

We provide the practice; what changes is up to you and many things outside the app. We do not promise any particular result, whether in your confidence, finances, relationships, career or health.

The service itself

We work to keep NeuroApp available and accurate, but it is provided as is. AI-written sessions can contain mistakes. We may change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice for anything you pay for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BizLegal AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of NeuroApp, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using NeuroApp at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
