Intake notice

This notice explains what happens when you send a request through BizLegal Match. It is published by Moshe-Ran Dor, trading as BizLegal AI, 100 Business Park Ln, Milton, Delaware 19968, US.

What happens to your request

• Software reads your request and sorts it by category and state.
• We send it to listed providers that match that category and state. The number is capped for each area:

• BizLegal Compliance Match: shared with up to 4 listed providers. Details are deleted after 30 days.
• BizLegal Expert Match: shared with up to 4 listed providers. Details are deleted after 30 days.
• BizLegal Property Manager Match: shared with up to 4 listed providers. Details are deleted after 30 days.
• BizLegal WorkMatch: shared with up to 5 listed providers. Details are deleted after 60 days.

• Each provider is an independent business. Each one decides on its own what to do with your request and is responsible for the data it receives.
• Providers write to you directly, at the email address you gave. You decide whether to reply.
• If no listed provider matches, we hold the request for a short time and then tell you. We delete it after the retention period below.

Not confidential

Your request is not confidential. Do not include passwords, account numbers, privileged information, or anything you would not want an unknown business to read. If you do include it, we cannot protect it.

No relationship is created

Sending a request does not create an attorney-client, engagement, agency or employment relationship with us. It does not create one with any provider either. Any such relationship starts only if you and a provider agree to it outside this service.

Providers pay to be listed

Providers pay a flat annual fee to be listed. We do not charge you anything. We do not recommend, rank, certify or endorse any provider. A listing is advertising. It says nothing about the quality of the provider.

No advice

We give no advice of any kind: not legal, tax, financial, medical, employment or compliance advice. The way software sorts your request is not an opinion about your situation.

Where this applies

This service is for people and businesses in the United States. We do not accept requests from outside the United States.

How long we keep your details

We delete your name, contact details and description after the retention period for the area you used. The table above shows each period. You can ask for earlier deletion by emailing team@bizlegal-ai.com. Providers that already received your request hold their own copy under their own rules, so ask them directly as well.
