Privacy notice for BizLegal Match

Version 1.0, effective 5 October 2026.

This notice covers the personal data we collect when you send a request or apply as a provider. Moshe-Ran Dor, trading as BizLegal AI, 100 Business Park Ln, Milton, Delaware 19968, US, is responsible for it. It adds to the general privacy policy of BizLegal AI.

What we collect

From people who send a request:

• Name and email address. Phone number and company name if you give them.
• The category, subcategory, state and urgency you choose.
• Answers to the short questions for that area, such as company size.
• Your description in your own words.
• Your language and your consent.
• A technical record of the request, such as the time and network address, to prevent abuse.

From providers who apply: organisation and contact names, email, phone, website, categories, states, languages, register and licence number.

Why we collect it

To sort your request and send it to matching listed providers, to send you a receipt, to keep the service safe from abuse, and to count how many requests arrive so we know where providers are needed.

Legal basis

For people sending a request, the basis is your consent at the moment you submit it. You may withdraw it by asking us to delete your details. For provider applicants the basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, and our interest in checking licences.

Who receives it

• The listed providers that match your request. Each is an independent controller of what it receives.
• Our email provider, which sends receipts and provider emails.
• Our hosting provider and our database provider.
• Our AI provider, which reads the text of the request to sort it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not give it to advertisers. We do not use your request to train AI models.

How long we keep it

We delete your name, contact details and description after the retention period for the area you used:

• BizLegal Compliance Match: shared with up to 4 listed providers. Details are deleted after 30 days.
• BizLegal Expert Match: shared with up to 4 listed providers. Details are deleted after 30 days.
• BizLegal Property Manager Match: shared with up to 4 listed providers. Details are deleted after 30 days.
• BizLegal WorkMatch: shared with up to 5 listed providers. Details are deleted after 60 days.

Provider records are kept while a listing is active and for a limited time afterwards for accounts and disputes.

Not for the EU or EEA

This service is for people in the United States. We do not offer it to people in the European Union or the European Economic Area.

How to ask for deletion

Email team@bizlegal-ai.com with the email address you used. We act on requests within 30 days. Providers that already received your request hold their own copy, so contact them as well.
