Provider terms

These terms are between Moshe-Ran Dor, trading as BizLegal AI, 100 Business Park Ln, Milton, Delaware 19968, US ("we"), and the business or person that applies to be listed ("you").

1. What a listing is

A listing is advertising. You pay a flat annual fee for it. It is not a referral service, a lead-sale service, an agency, an employment agency or a lawyer-referral service. We do not charge a fee per case, per introduction, per hire or per outcome, and nothing is owed to us when you win work.

2. No promises about requests

The listing is not exclusive. We do not promise any volume of requests. We may route zero requests to you. We send a request only to listed providers that match its category and state, up to a fixed number, and a weekly cap applies to you.

3. How you may describe your listing

You may not say or imply that the listing is a recommendation, ranking, certification or endorsement. Do not use words such as best, top, recommended or certified about it.

4. Licence or registration

You must hold the licence or registration you give when you apply. We check it by hand against the public register. We check it again at renewal. If it lapses or cannot be verified, we pause the listing. You must tell us promptly if it changes.

5. Your own obligations

You are responsible for your own professional advertising rules, conflict checks, equal-opportunity law and fair-housing law. We do not give you advice on them. Where you reply to a request, you act for yourself and not for us.

6. Request data you receive

Each request you receive contains personal data from the person who sent it. For that data, you act as an independent controller. You must:

• Use it only to respond to that request.
• Delete it within 90 days if no engagement follows.
• Not resell it, share it for payment or add the person to a marketing list.
• Keep it secure and follow the law that applies to you.
• Stop contacting the person if they ask you to.

7. Weekly cap, pause and opt-out

We apply a weekly cap on the requests sent to you. You may pause or opt out at any time using the link in each request email. A pause does not extend the term.

8. Term and fee

The standard term is 365 days from payment. A founding listing is free for 90 days. After that it either converts to a paid listing or ends. Nothing renews automatically. We send a reminder before the end date.

9. Refund

If no request was routed to you and you cancel in writing within 14 days of payment, we refund the fee. After a request has been routed, or after 14 days, the fee is not refundable.

10. Ending a listing

We may suspend or end a listing at once for misuse. Misuse includes breaking section 3, 4 or 6, misleading people who contact you, or abusing the service. We may also end a listing if the law requires it. If we end a listing for misuse, we do not refund the fee.

11. Liability

We provide the service as it is. We do not promise that requests are accurate or that any engagement will result. Our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for the current term, to the extent the law allows.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect. A change does not alter a term you already paid for in a way that makes it worse for you.
