How Settlement Finder works
- List what you use. Type the products and brands you use, one at a time, and add a state if you want only settlements open to it.
- Add your email. Enter your email and run the free check. The open settlements that name your list appear at once, soonest deadline first.
- Read the official notice. Open a match to see what the record says and the link to the official notice, which alone decides who is included.
- Confirm free alerts. Click the confirmation link we email you. After that, each newly listed match arrives as one email, plus a weekly digest.
Questions
What does Settlement Finder check?
Each product or brand you enter is compared with the titles and categories of open class action settlements, word by word, so "Ring" never matches "Hiring". Every match shows the term and where it matched, the claim deadline and the official claim link.
Does a match mean I am included in the settlement?
No. Only the official settlement notice defines who is in the class. We repeat what the record says, such as states, the proof rule and the deadline, and link to the official site, where the settlement administrator reviews every claim.
What does it cost?
The check, the weekly digest and the new-match alerts are free. Filing on the official claim form is free too. The optional BIZCLAIM filing guide is USD 9.99, one time.
Do you file claims for me or take a share?
No. You file on the official claim form yourself. We never file claims for you and we take no cut of any settlement.
Where does the settlement data come from?
From SettleSignal (settlesignal.com), an open catalogue of published US settlements, used under CC BY 4.0. Each record shows when its source was last checked, so confirm the details on the official site before you file.
What happens to my email address?
We store it with your list to send the alerts you confirm. You get a confirmation link first, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it never adds you to any other BizLegal AI newsletter.
