Refund & Returns Policy
BizLegal AI offers digital intelligence products and SaaS subscriptions. This policy sets out your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans and one-time product purchases, starting from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product or service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days.
To initiate a refund, contact us at billing@bizlegal-ai.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day refund window.
After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued outside of the 14-day window.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending resolution. Our team responds to all billing disputes within 2 business days.
