What does the AI Policy Generator produce?
A draft AI usage policy for your whole firm, with up to 10 sections. The draft is built to cover scope, permitted and prohibited uses, client confidentiality, competence, supervision of AI use, billing, client disclosure and review, and each section ends with the sources it cites.
Which sources does the policy cite?
Only these six: ABA Formal Opinion 512 (2024), ABA Model Rule 1.1, ABA Model Rule 1.6, ABA Model Rule 5.3, ABA Model Rule 5.5, ABA Model Rule 8.4(c). A drafted section that does not cite one of them is dropped before you see the draft.
What is free, and what does the USD 99 cover?
The preview is free. It shows the policy title, how many sections were drafted and the first three sections in full. The full policy is a single USD 99 payment by card or crypto, with no subscription.
How do I receive the full policy after I pay?
When your payment is confirmed, we email the full policy to the work email you entered, with a link to download it as a Markdown file. Use the same email for the preview and the payment so the two match.
Can my firm adopt the policy as it is?
No. The output is a template, not legal advice and not bar-approved. An attorney at your firm must review and adapt it before the firm adopts it.
What do you store when I run the preview?
Your email, firm size, practice areas, AI tools and the drafted policy, saved with a private download token so the policy can be matched to your payment. Your email and firm size are also written to our operations log.
