SEC EDGAR · Filing alerts · Free, or USD 19 a month
FilingWatch
Add the public companies you follow: clients, counterparties, competitors. When one of them files with SEC EDGAR, FilingWatch emails you the form type, the filing date and the link to the document on sec.gov.
FilingWatch relays public SEC EDGAR filings as they are disseminated. It is not investment advice and does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security. Every email carries a manage link, so you can stop watching one company, or all of them, at any time.

Start
Start watching.
Enter a ticker or a 10-digit CIK for each company. Free ends with a confirmation email to click. Pro sends the same kind of email to confirm your watchlist, then continues to card checkout.
Three questions.
What counts as a filing?
Any document SEC EDGAR disseminates under the company's CIK: current reports (8-K), periodic reports (10-K, 10-Q), insider transaction reports (Form 4), beneficial ownership schedules (13D and 13G), registration statements (S-1), tender offer responses (SC 14D9), reports by foreign private issuers (6-K, 20-F, 40-F), the definitive proxy statement (DEF 14A) and the rest of the EDGAR form list. Free relays every form type. Pro lets you narrow the list to 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, 4, 13D/G, S-1, SC 14D9, 6-K, 20-F, 40-F, DEF 14A. Each Pro form type includes its amendments (for example 20-F/A); additional proxy materials (DEFA14A) are a separate EDGAR form, relayed when you keep every form type.
How fast is an alert?
Pro checks EDGAR every 15 minutes and sends each matching filing within about 30 minutes of dissemination. Free collects the day and sends one digest each weekday evening, US Eastern time. Both link to the document on sec.gov.
Is this investment advice?
No. FilingWatch relays public SEC EDGAR filings as they are disseminated. It is not investment advice and does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security. The email tells you that a filing exists and where to read it. What it means for your matter is for you, and where it matters your counsel, to decide.
After payment
Pro starts once payment and your watchlist are confirmed.
Pro activates when your payment is confirmed and you have pressed the confirm button in the watchlist email we sent; no alert is sent before both. Either can come first. The first alerts arrive with the next filing from a company on your watchlist.
Stop watching: every email carries a manage link that removes one company or the whole watchlist. Free starts once you click the confirmation link we send to your inbox.
