How it works

What we keep
Deleted on a fixed schedule
Compliance, expert witness and property manager requests are deleted after 30 days. Work profiles are deleted after 60 days. Providers keep their own copies of messages they send or receive.
Licence checks
Checked against public registers
Before a provider is listed, we check its licence or registration against public registers. That check shows a licence exists. It says nothing about the quality of the work.
